They want to go to the Constitutional Court because of the solar program.
The government arbitrarily changed the contract of the solar panels, so it does not pay those who add extra electricity to the grid with their solar panels.
They will not even receive the 5 HUF/Kw promised so far, which the EU. prescribed.
The electricity fed into the system is billed by MVM at HUF 72/kw, for which it does not pay those with solar panels, and bills them for what they consume in the evening.

What is the constitutional court for, if there is a basic law?
The Constitutional Court should have declared that a basic law is not possible, since Hungary has a constitution.
That would be if Orbán does not create his own state in 2012, which has not been announced since then, it is only kept secret and people eat it up.
So, since 2012, the country has not existed within a legal framework, it is not a state because the country currently does not have an official form of government.
Therefore, there is no official constitutional court!
If the government is afraid of solar program participants, it will surely give them concessions to keep quiet.
However, there are problems in many other areas, but those affected by the solar program are not helped, because they only deal with their own little problems.
Just so you know, officially nothing could work in the country, since there is no real state, that's all they say.
