Is the KHR list legal?

How long can they store our data?

>>Fordítás magyarra!<<
Surely many people fell into the debt trap in connection with foreign currency loans in 2008 and the following years.
One can go up very quickly, but it is impossible to get down unless one pays what one owes.
Well yeah! If! Belongs to!
They always use the West as an example, but they forget to inform people that this is not how it works in the West.
The EU. passed a regulation known to many as data protection.
We can see this every day, even on websites, since we accept things for the sake of data protection, and if we do not accept this, they will also take note of it.
Hungary is an exception!
This introduction was necessary because our data is managed with reference to many other things.
Those who fell into debt between 2008 and 2012 were simply treated as people in trouble on the other side of the world.
This is how the decision was made that, in order to avoid the collapse of the world economy, the banks will write off the debts of all credible people who took out loans during that period.
This decision was justified in America by saying that the banks caused these constructions, so they should pay for the damage caused.
This also affected Hungary, since the so-called foreign currency loan was not a real loan, but a financial manipulation.
How do we know this? The then National Asset Manager bought the properties from the goats for a fraction of the debt.
For example, a claim of 10 million for 3 million. That is why people paid rent to the state, that their own house was confiscated by the government for a loan that had already been canceled once in the international world. This is what led to the evictions!
Many debts were sold to debt collectors, so they became the legal heirs! Yes! But then the person must be deleted from the KHR list, because there is no longer a debt owed to the bank.
The penetration company is not a bank or a financial institution, so they cannot put anyone on the list.
However, banks continue to keep data, even if the EU. according to the rules, I couldn't do that.
This is also the case with quick loans. The company even keeps the data of those who took out such a loan 15 years ago and were unable to pay it due to their bank loan.
How is it possible that EU measures are so disregarded in Hungary and companies with western interests do this.
Why? Because the Hungarian government made a deal with them to secretly accept their own unofficial Orbán government and non-existent form of government in 2012.
Good morning Hungary!
