Why are there waiting lists?

They spend less on healthcare!
The healthcare sector has been on the verge of bankruptcy for many years now! Many believe everything they are told. Unfortunately, many people do not want to see the truth. The government has no interest in spending on the population! Deceptive statistics are published, but what is their basis in reality? Let's see a short example. We asked for an appointment with a lung care provider and watched the events with curiosity, why is the waiting list so long? We requested an appointment at one of the institutions in southern Hungary.
They were able to give us an appointment in 2 weeks. The day came and we had to go at 8:15, but we were curious and we were there by 8:00. In front of us was a young man who was approx. Finished in 3 minutes. The nurses talked until 8:15, because our time had not yet come. Then they called me at 8:16, also 3 minutes. Our other appointment was at 8:30, we also waited until then, the nurses were talking again. But there was no one after us, another young man arrived, who was also given an appointment in 2 weeks. We waited in the lobby until 11:00 and no one entered the institution. The order ended at 14:00 and maybe 6 people were screened during that time. How is it possible that a 3-minute test only allows screening of 6 people per day?
Then we also experienced the same thing with hospital care, that the people who were directed and requested an appointment had as few patients as the pulmonary care provider. We asked a nurse why this is?
He replied that if fewer people were tested on a daily basis, it would cost the government that much less.
So, the date is not because there are so many people and there is not enough labor, but so that the government does not have to spend on citizens who pay social security or pensioners.
Surgery is possible on a mask basis because you pay the doctor and not the state.
An interesting fact is that there is no waiting list based on masks!
Do you think this is correct?
