Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged Western arms shipments at the world's most prestigious security policy forum. One of the main topics at the Munich Security Conference is war. The opening speech of the 59th event was delivered by Zelenskiy via video link and he tried to argue by referring to the urgency.
The Ukrainian president stated that it is possible to defeat Russia this year, but Ukraine, which is defending itself against the Russian attack, needs more and faster support for this.
