Chinese fighter jets fired several missiles!
Dozens of Chinese fighter jets flew into Taiwan's airspace yesterday. Chinese planes flew over Taiwan several times while firing several missiles into the sea. This was the most serious airspace violation to date. China claims Taiwan as its own territory, but it does not want to join the Chinese communist state.
President Joe Biden has made it clear that any attempt at violence will be followed by US retaliation.
It is not known whether China wants to increase the pressure on the USA because of the war in Ukraine.
Since China and Russia have established close cooperation with each other, it is likely that China also wants to make its great power aspirations felt. If this happens, the war may spread to the southeastern areas as well.
