Paris was not quiet this weekend

Huge mountains of garbage on the streets, even on a Tuesday morning!

The protests continued in Paris over the weekend! The government raised the retirement age to 64, which is why the French took to the streets. At least one million people expressed their displeasure with Macron. Violent protests broke out even after the announcement of the draft, but the French president had the proposal accepted. At this point, Parisians took to the streets and many sectors went on immediate strike. There were also disruptions in traffic and garbage collection. Over the weekend, the crowd set garbage on fire in the streets and firefighters had to put it out. On Monday, there were still mountains of trash on the streets because the union announced a strike and only a few cars collected the residential waste. We know that in several districts of Paris, even today, there were places where the garbage was not taken away. The trade unions do not accept the increased age limit and will resist with further demonstrations and strikes until the government withdraws it!
