The police and the protesters threw tear gas and gasoline bottles at each other!

Violent clashes break out between the police and protesters in front of the Greek parliament in Athens. while thousands took part in a demonstration following the country's worst railway disaster, in which 57 people died. On Sunday, a small group of protesters threw petrol bombs at police and set trash cans on fire. The police responded with tear gas and stun grenades, and cleared Syntagma Square of protesters within a few hours. The protesters then dispersed into nearby streets. Police said 12,000 people gathered on the main promenade in front of parliament to hold accountable those responsible for Tuesday's train crash near Larissa, which sparked widespread outrage across the country. They demanded immediate accountability and that the names of those responsible be made public. In Hungary, this is unthinkable, as people don't go out on the streets for their own lives, let alone for others!
