The tanks sank into the ground!
The Ukrainians faced a huge problem! The German Leopard tanks delivered from the west simply sunk into the ground. After the thaw, the ground is wet and this situation does not favor the Ukrainians at all, since the Russian tanks do not sink as quickly as their Western counterparts. In World War II, the Nazis were already in a similar situation, when the Tiger and Panther tanks simply got stuck because they were too heavy for the given terrain.
Leopards also have quite thin tracks, so they simply got stuck in the wet Ukrainian soil during training.
If this were to happen on the front under similar circumstances, it would be open prey for the Russians.
Will Zelensky wait for the right time? The pictures clearly show that the tank buried itself under its own weight and was unable to get out of it on its own.
