Russia's Pravda.ru has published an article claiming that Russia is deploying a new combat robot to the war in Ukraine.
The robot Marker can deflect attacks from tanks and other infantry weapons.
This device can be controlled and can search for a target independently. It will be "deployed" by the Russian army because of the heavy losses the Russians have suffered, or perhaps because of the weapons delivery policy of the West, or because of the testing of the weapon.
At the same time, this has not been confirmed by military sources, but according to Pravda, this is already a settled fact.
Maybe they want to reassure the public, or possibly about the continuation of the war, about victory.
