After 30 years, the bandit was hooked!
He participated in the assassination of two judges prosecuting the Sicilian mafia, killed the pregnant girlfriend of a rival gang leader, and was involved in an unprecedentedly cruel crime: the kidnapped son of a traitor was held for more than two years, then strangled and then dissolved in acid so that his family members they cannot bury him. Matteo Messina Denaro was hunted for thirty years, sentenced to life imprisonment in absentia, but they could not find him. He didn't even leave his homeland.
